How could Rodrigo (hand-selected by Paul Taylor) just happened upon this Maydak and signed the note over? That's a big stretch. That is saying that your guy (Paul Taylor) set off the events that led to Mayday getting the note (in Costa Rica). Isn't that a little bizarre?

So, what ever happened to the actual case of Madison v. Netco? RCA seemed to suggest that they all consented with Marco in the end. I don't see that proof either.

How many law firms does NIR and funds have working on this?
