The idea is not to sell the customer on the DVD. The idea is to provide convience so they that can look through all the dvd's easily. If you want them to click on the DVD don't provide the hover tool. Personaly I think the hover tool is very useful. Gives a good description of the DVD without having to open a new webpage everytime. I like it. But not if you do not have time to read it. These people are already Customers. You want them to stay happy with service and browsing the website is one thing they will do a lot so important for it to be smooth and easy. Anyway I think FAR better to make the hover stay on around 20 seconds maybe even till you move to the next movie. Really waiting till you move to the next movie is better I think.
