What "new developments" were announced that were significant enough to justify a webcast only two weeks after the ASM? There was nothing solid at all and no PR. Was anything they discussed something that they didn't know about 2 weeks earlier?

IMO, they made a decision not to discuss the S-3 at the ASM and to use a webcast that would increase the share price in anticipation of some major announcement. That would give the price a higher base when the S-3 was filed.
