Yes, but if you think there was no valuable short-, mid- and long-term information conveyed, we certainly have fundamental differences of opinion. The S-3 is a sidenote IMO, a necessary evil, and, as I understand it, the amount of shares was determined by a "worst case scenario" which may not even come about. The webcast had far more worth than what you imply IMO.
