Could any of the companies IDCC is presently licensed or cross-licensed with produce IDCC's product? If so, then a lot of the what if's about all variations of cross licensing are moot. If not then I would thin that IDCC would make certain that the end producer would have all the necessary pass thru licenses in place. And they would only obtain those necessary.
