fixed investment rates are climbing, but are they outpacing inflation? that's the rub.

You saw my NZ posts... their dollar vs. USD has been very strong. the exchange rate not so good to make a 7.5% CD (term investment they call them) attractive... exchange rates screw all that up for the amateur like me
