$4.05 a seat for Wave software in a business environment?

It would seem from Snackman's post (#145979) of an article that mentioned Papa Gino's use of Wave's software that the cost to a midsized company of Wave's software is 4.05 a seat (1700 computers @ a total cost of $6900). This seems a lot lower than the numbers that have been alluded to by SKS. I assume Papa Gino's has the full complement of software that would be used in a business environment, except for support of Seagate's FDE.

Am I missing something here?
