usse/sstp/john rivera has absolutely 0% credibility due to usse/sstp pr's of the past yr. that have never materialized... compounded by johh rivera's pr's of the past 8/9 years dating back to 99 that have NEVER MATERIALIZED.
also the past FACTUAL history of stanton/rivera pr's where they mention/pr a contract/mou/loi, then you never hear of that pr/contract again.... a few months later... on to a new technology or a different version of that same tech.... pr/rinse/repeat....
