Nono I was holding even before the DEF 14C was filed, I know for a fact I'm entitled to the shares. They keep saying they're trying to get the shares from the company but they aren't giving it to them.

I asked for an expected date because they already missed about 4, and she said she can no longer give me a date, and when they get them they will be in my account. They cannot front me the shares.
