When did IDCC ever "promise" two licensees this year? They stated that there were at least two licensees in the pipeline and based on their experience there was a good chance for one or more to be announced this year.

It's posters like you that twist the essence of what is said by management to suit your wishful thinking, and then turn around and use your misrepresentation to blame them for supposed shortcomings, that cause problems with investor expectations. They didn't promise anything, and in fact made it clear on the CC and in subsequent conversations that they cannot promise anything when it comes to timing of licenses. All they can do is give us guidance and let us know that deals are in process.

If they don't announce a second licensee by Wednesday it doesn't mean that there aren't still one or more licensees in the pipeline that could be announced at any time. I'm sure you will be right there posting your anti-management crap on Thursday if you don't get the license you think you were "promised".
