Dendreon Plans $75M Conv Sr Subordinated Note Offer >DNDN Last update: 6/4/2007 7:50:13 AM DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Dendreon Corp. (DNDN) plans a private placement of $75 million of convertible senior subordinated notes due 2014. Dendreon, a Seattle biotechnology company, said the interest rate, terms of conversion, offer price and other terms of the notes will be determined by negotiations between the company and the initial purchaser of the notes. The company said it expects to grant the initial purchaser of the notes a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to another $25 million of notes.
