You said it, but let's admit it, buying a pink-sheet stock is an almost guaranteed loss, every time. I got greedy because I got lucky. I didn't get lucky the second time. I'm getting killed with Compliance as well. Canadian government not only dicked over the Royalty Trusts, but they also changed the rules so that Compliance is now having to try to turn a major power-plant project into a 100% waste-wood powered system. God, I hate the Canadians....
