These people in my software sales management experience for client server products to enterprise prospects are key, absolutely key in supporting the salespeople. But they are sales support. I think we are working thought the Dell account managers and support them. I believe we do not have our own direct sales force or anyone in management who been in, managed, or built one. IMO.
Let add that such an investment was probably premature until recently. Not sure.
