JR didn't state 15 mil would be retired, it was in a company PR. As for DLS, according to John Bell he has no shares at this time as they were bought back from him by RXPC. John Bell was pleased that Mr Fiorillo lived up to his end of the deal and that when Peter had the proper funding he would be more than happy to go through with the sale of DLS to RXPC.
