Reduced O/S is constantly hammered home on the RXPC board and in a few posts made here tonight. What is not discussed is what happened when in Jan 06 there were about 40 million out which then ballooned to 189mil out and now back down to 63mil out. I know most were issued for DLS so my question is,where or what was the approx. 20,000,000 shares used for that were issued? Are the 15,000,000 shares that are set to be retired,I think that's what jr stated,part of those shares? Is that stated in a P.R. I honestly can't remember.
