I'll be damned.... That corroborates what meffoos was told about the certs mailed to Aturd yesterday:

"Tax Man I just called the TA office and Karen told me they sent the certs to TDA Thursday evening by Fed Ex overnight.Karen told me it is a 144 rule and you have 90 days to sell your shares and if you do not sell you have to refile and maybe repay the fee.Your 90 days does not start till TDA files with the SEC (NOT WHEN YOU FILE.)"
