They think that every deal is guaranteed and that there are no unforeseen events in business that hold things up - LOL.

Clearly there was something wrong with the old deal that wouldn't have been good for shareholders, so CRLJ decided to wait for a better deal.

This is a shell play in the end. I have shell stocks that I have owned for months with nothing going on at all other than an initial filing.

At least we are getting updates as to what is going on with this one.

And... They have Robert Klein as a consultant who has experience in the Uranium business, presumably helping them with the U deal in Quebec.
