WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--TeliaSonera AB (TLSN) cut its stake in Metro One Telecommunications Inc. (MTON) to 6.6%, according to an amended Schedule 13D filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

TeliaSonera beneficially owns 1.64 million common shares. It sold 715,000 shares in the open market from Thursday to Monday. On Friday, TeliaSonera reported a 9.5% stake.

Metro One Telecommunications is based in Oregon.
