TeliaSonera Cut Metro Telecommunications Stake To 9.5% Vs 24.22%

WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- TeliaSonera AB (NasdaqNM:TLSN - News) cut its stake in Metro
One Telecommunications Inc. (NasdaqNM:MTON - News) to 9.5%, according to an amended Schedule
13D filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites) .

TeliaSonera beneficially owns 2.35 million common shares. It sold
3.65 million shares in the open market from Dec. 3 to Wednesday.

On Nov. 26, TeliaSonera reported a 24.22% stake.

Metro One Telecommunications is based in Oregon.
