Blooming typical - I look back and somebody hit the .003 bid while I was posting. Notice it is a matching trade of a 15 k hit to the bid at .003, followed by a 15 k hit at .004 (I don't show that as an ask from any MM on my L2).
Point of interest - 15,000 shares at .003 is $45, plus the $7 - 10 broker fee for the trade. This is funny stuff we have witnessed in response to the 100 k buy, which may have been a buy at the market price.
IMO, we wouldn't have even seen those 2 x 15k matching trades, had the trades at .008 and .01 not gone through just before 1pm.
Somebody is laughing while he still has the upper hand in this game, but we will gain the upper hand soon enough with the news that we know is coming.
Consummation of the deal (re PR in mid may) within 15 days should be a decent boost here.
Of course, the danger is that the deal will not be closed for some reason, so place your bets. As volume has not been high enough for any dilution to be taking place (see my post from this morning), I don't believe we are seeing some sort of company PR pump and dump at this stage, although we should all have our eyes on them of course.
