not that way wick..it has been dead that way for over a year--look at it like this--take a can of soda out of the fridge...shake it up really hard..not letting anyone see you do it...then offer it to somebody....what is inside the can is extremely volatile...but no one knows that until the can is opened............that is what has happened here......and fleming can't be that stupid...so did he make the right decision?....flip a coin.....and forget about the 10-k..etc...because that stuff doesn't matter
