SAM.. I respect and validate your thoughts.. But like I said before There comes a time.. When things are critical.. for the CEO to step up and just say something. He does not have to say HOW he is going to fix it, just let us know that he is definetly not gonig to sit on the side lines.. and that there are plans and confidence that the problems will be resolved. That is what the CEO is supposed to do.
Now lets look at it this way too.. Jim Nardelli of HD just got axed.. On of the main reasons was for the way he conducted his last Share Holders Meeting. Directors not showing up.. Not alot of clarity in the meeting.. un organized.. ALL OF THAT FELL ON THE CEO. Not the VP.. What I am saying is that The CEO needs to know what is going on over all and Needs to voice some thought or opinion.. Agreeded??
