BUT if it's true that he's not very fluent in english, maybe it's best to not address anyone and let someone else be in charge of the communication. Maybe if he starts addressing the issues he will be misunderstood because of his english, it's safer to let his associates deal with it and stay behind the scenes. Everyone has secretaries, publicists, whatever. In many companies, people do not even know how the CEO looks like, they stay behind the scenes and hire other people to take care of EVERYTHING.
