Ok, 1st off, I could never find the A/S, but now we know it is 5 Billion. The aquisition is "the 1", the major so there won't be anymore. What is it? We should know soon, and the Q&A interview will more than likely be this week since this PR is out: Andrew and Steve should be reviewing the questions by tomorrow, then submitting to Equity Digest so get them in! Just lay them out on the Board and we'll send the next group in, but I'm going to send in what I have and see by 2:00EST tomorrow.

We all want to know how the acquisition will effect us, shareholders of GTRex so how is the deal going to be structured and is it going to be to a dilutive extent? Or will it really matter because the revs of the target are going to compensate for any purchase structure / recapitalization? You guys can rephrase this if you want.

How long will the meger take, etc?

Andrew and I talked about the speed at which things seem to be progressing, interview should most likely be this week because there are a few more PR's in the pipe ready to flow out. Again, I harped on the fact that I want to know the float just like YOU guys and to give it to US Shareholders. Do you guys need me to post the questions I have already sent, again??
