My broker just called me, suggested I would be happier with another firm, and offered to pick up any transfer charges.

And they said they still can't send Hemi certs but they can probably transfer them to another firm which also uses Penson.

[A sneaky thought occurs: maybe I should ask them to pay me to transfer... ..]
