At the top of this message board (web page), under the PAVC Share Structure section, there is a 280,000 O/S share reference.

PAVC Share Structure
A/S = 125,000,0000
O/S = 280,000
Float = 180,000

The board Moderator serfdom could probably verify the share structure that is posted on this message board, or a more veteran poster like Dallas66 or Tax Man. Right now I'm still asking lots of JPHC/PAIV/PAVC questions, so I'll defer your question to someone that has more experience. Being new to the board, I'm just now getting the opportunity to read some of the postings, which I have already found several answers to questions I had.

Anyway, I can't verify 280,000 O/S share reference, so maybe someone else can step up to the plate and answer your question.
