I agree; the KSGI split was probably needed, as they had 148M of the 150M AS already outstanding, but 1:2000 seems awfully brutal, considering that drops the OS to 74K.

The need for two reverse splits on IDGI before releasing shares definitely has me equally puzzled. With an AS of 50M, did they really need to drop the OS all they way down to 245K?

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
