Don't give me that BS until you learn about the capital market rules and regulations. An 8K does NOT need to be filed unless information that may be pertinent to the market is accidentally mentioned by someone inside of the company which may have an effect on the stock prior to the public being informed of that information. In that case, the sooner they file an 8K the better.
