Facts:

1. We don't know the Facts
2. JV with Mexico
3. Strat and Raytheon put their technology on our Strat.
4. Vkoening doesn't know any more than we do or he'd say so.
5. Brazil still going until notified.
6. GTEM will re-state financials.
7. Lawsuit still around but mostly dismissed.
8. Bashers are trying really hard to get us out.
9. We are and continue to be on the Sho list.
10. Brokerage firms will not let us buy online must call
this alone could do a lot for the share price staying low.
11. Our share price has not moved much up or down in about
two weeks.
12. None of us and I mean None of us know what is
really going on until we get a PR and the financials are
out.
13. Bashers will bash and bash no matter how good the news.
14. Last but no least the Fact that we are all pissed off
about not getting enough or any of our answers, answered
is the biggest fact of all.
