Well true, but AVISTAR also ownes the VLNT trademark, this seems to be a very significant part of the story, the key may be with the BK trustee Mr. Shilling, need to call him and see who he transfered control over VLNT to.

Mr. Shilling # should be in a previous post of mine here!

If not Atty Baxter Schilling, he has to be our best bet at tunring up the new ownership in VLNT
