Oh, I'm right there with ya Curber. I see more obfuscation, smoke, and mirrors than I ever imagined when it comes to the looking into the issue of Knight's ownership in TELA. That's why I have so many questions. DD should be cut and dried - filings should be easy to read and verify. These ARE NOT lol.

I also see that Knight seemed to be aware - months in advance - of the contents of the belated TELA 10K that caused TELA to become delisted. That may be why they added "7.78% based on 10-QSB dated September 30, 2006" to that second 13G. But I freely admit - it's all pure speculation on my part.

Sadly, now that both companies have gone dark - we can never know the true story. It's a darned shame for anyone wondering who is running this deal, don't you agree?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
