Great, conspiracy is alive and well. If you gave it some thought the 7.8 is an error since the real o/s per filings 3 months before the 13G/A filing would have shown a real % of 1/4 of 1%. So it does not match any % unless the filing by the Co. is fake and NITE knew it. Anyway what is the grand scheme if the 7.8 is meaningful since 63000 x 100 = 6.3 million shares out of 1.5 billion it would mean 1/2 of 1%. You have me curious how your mind is working go ahead make my day.
