Hey, I'm just politely asking qestions, and you being very helpful IMO. No need to toss your little barbs in.

OK, so we've established that as of Feb 28, NITE held (or believed it held) 7.8% of BHUB.

That's a very interesting number. What is interesting to me is that NITE sold their shares down to a 7.8% interest in TELA - a number that exactly MATCHES Jayme Borrough's/Yucatan 7.8% position in BHUB, in her own 13D filed February 1, 1999.
