This is real getting tetious. If you divide the shares in inventory at the end of each reporting period into 815,000 shares (the amount listed at 9/30/06) you get the respective 17 and 7% figures. However, the December filings show over 20.0 million o/s and therefore there would have been no need to file since they were under the 5% threshold. They discontinued filing because they no longer had 40,000 shares for the next filing and now with the 10K filed they know they do not have a significant inventory position. Nothing neferious here simple math.
