well, from the lawsuit, the certs which Mario printed.

Of course these were made legal shares via the CG/D settlement. so why is the lawsuit about these certs... and us defendants buying shares in the open market..

Good questions. all we know is the resultant lawsuit petition, and that the DTC was the impetus behind this action to "invalidate" these remaining "invalid" shares they have the problem with. The 'in-between" stuff is open for speculation.
