Because in BCIT's december conference call with the nasd/sec/nasdaq/dtc, the dtc said they would not clear shares until bcit "cleaned up the invalid shares" from the stock.

Call Victor at the attorneys. Not about anything pertaining to your own individual case, but about why BCIT is going this route. I'm sure he will explain to you as he did to f1.
