Been a while since I looked into this one, thought the A/S was 200M per DE and O/S 30,392,024 as of April 30, 2003. I might of just rounded the A/S figure, don't remember now to be honest.
Don't think you'll find much until news hits, of course it's too late then. Did the DE filings list officers or recent ammendments? What do you get for $20 in DE?
