Spent the $20 and found that the AS is 205MM, it owes about $200K in taxes, and the TA resigned in 2004. That's about it other than the SEC documents you can find prior to 2004 on PINKSHEETS.COM.

All we know of currently is a symbol change. I think we need a few more pieces for a R/M (reinstatement, TA, etc.).
