HndtoHnd, you are more dangerous than Acca, IMO. There is nothing Federally connected to the Rutherford lawsuit. I don't know why you want to trash Rutherford as you did on his ASA Board, but you are just making a fool of yourself, IMO.

Get some professional help.

Want to waste a day ? Go to the deposition on May 15th and watch your hero do another no show. Be prepared to kiss away those ETGMF shares, as Rutherford is 1st in line to have his claim settled by CMKM.
