I didn't say HISC was diluting. There have been BA, Moody, and original holders that filed their 144's and sold off large holdings. There is a question regarding how much is left.

Day before yesterday had an unusually high volume with a drop in pps, usually a sign of dilution or a sell off of some sort by someone. IMO

I think you are wrong if you are thinking R/S for HISC. They have repeated stated there will not be one. With an increase in sales, they won't need one.

Shares removed or retired could be eventually recirculated, but HISC has a history of share buyback and retirement, so I'm not worried about them doing it again as Wicks says HISC intends to reduce the float as we grow.
