I think you are wrong. Why would they reduce the number of outstanding shares by 800 million then follow by diluting the stock? I do not think they will issue more shares otherwise tit will appear to be unethical.

I believe they will remove more shares then reverse split while shanging the name to GLOBAL TEK. Immediately they will enter the Nasdaq.

Other thing, they removed the shares not retired them, which I do not like.
