I'm not following your question very well but here is an excerpt from the April 20th SSTP PR: "As the exclusive provider of USSEC biofuel, derived from USSEC's bio-waste by-products, Sustainable Power Corp. (SSTP) will compensate USSEC with restricted shares of SSTP common stock that USSEC will place in the treasury of USSEC."

So, all who bought after April 20th knew that USSE had SSTP shares in the treasury. I knew I was buying USSE, including the SSTP shares.
