no matter how u try to justify it with these sstp shares in usse's treasury account (which is only perceived value, not actual value)...

if the stock split happens the way knobias described this morning.... post 12/1 longs are getting ROYALLY SCREWED...

a normal announcement of a 2:1 stock split gives people a few weeks to decide how to act.... what jr did, was announce it and back date it 5 months??????

i have no idea if this is legal or not... (the sad thing is that it is probably legal)... but it sucks to be 12/1 post longs.....al
