1:100 is pointless. What will they have 4 or 5 cent a share stock? Its impossible to make equity trasnactions with a share price that low and as a result they will have absolutely no course of action but to sell more stock. It just shows the complete inexperience and ignorance of capital markets that the current people operating this company have.
A minimum 1:2000 would have been better and probably a more realistic 1:4000 to get a resulting share price stable at >$1
Absolute rookies running the show.
Regardless of the properties, this stock will reverse to a nickle or less and be subpenny in its next trading life. Unfortunate that they didnt seek some corporate guidance before screwing their supporters. I feel bad for those who were still in and expect thankyou cards for those who emailed me for an opinion in the past few months.
