2. Those 25 mln shares could be restricted and might go to current NWOG insiders w/o increasing the float.

3. If this new merger deal is for real, the whole deck (with 59% majority, etc.) will be shuffled, and we can only guess what our stake would be after that.

I have already expressed my opinion about "huge" ndol licenses (more than once). Based on my research - it's "or". :)
