COO (earnings calendar) our earnings play posted early this afternoon for DOWNSIDE. We expecting downside after the report We are straddling COO December 45 calls and January 40 puts (for maximum downside)possibly holding some short as well. Typical buying into the close maybe like AZO just shorts like us covering. Earnings have nothing to do with shorts covering earlier positions, they have their own lifecycle depending on the earnings report.

We expect it to go the way of JCOM, BSTE, NTES, CECO, COCO and AZO.
