Sensor, you may have guessed that I used the text of your post (without your name on it) to get his attention, along with some of my text.. I think they have some "splainin" to do, and to try to get all of us back on track regarding the loading question.. Wait till you see my next set of posts.. I have an ongoing conversation going where I am trying to get a rough explanation for how they can get to a faster loading pace..
Someone said (in one hypothetical post that might have made over the last few weeks) that they are doing the research now for how to get to 1000 title loads per week... Now I certainly want to hear how that can be done, and then if satisfied, I will rest a bit more quietly.. This research may take a while, but without a faster loading pace, this company will get passed by. I believe they will solve this problem and as soon as they do, we will all want to know more about it.
If there are any of you out there who think they know the answer (and it isn't just in hiring more people because as Jessica said in her post, the encoding process can sometimes take hours all by itself for just one movie!)... it is more complicated than that.. I am all ears....
