Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. Files Form 10-SB With the SEC to Become a Fully Reporting Company

Company Seeks an Immediate Listing on the OTC: Bulletin Board and Prepares for a Listing on a National Exchange


ALPHARETTA, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 24, 2007 -- Advanced Growing Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:AGWS.PK - News) announced today that it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a Form 10-SB to become a fully reporting company. The filing of the Form 10-SB will meet the reporting requirements to list the Company's common stock on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC BB:BB.OB - News) quotation system. Although there can be no assurances, this is the first step in the Company's ultimate goal of listing on a national exchange by late 2007.
