I didn't ask Kelmer about the dividend. He will be at the party in Natchez, and I'm sure people will ask him then, and I'm absolutely positive that the answers given will be posted here.
Frankly, I'm looking for contract execution, which when announced, will also include project funding. Due to permitting requirements, contract execution takes more time than anxious shareholders care to wait.
