I spoke to Kelmer Smith at length on Friday (he is the president of SSTP). Presently I know all I need to know, and I am more than satisfied with the progress made in the last two months. Further to that, it was very interesting to hear from Kelmer the amount of due diligence he did BEFORE entering into an employment agreement with Mr. Rivera.
